"Why is this (terrorist acts in Surabaya), you must know that in the order from Kabul, they will move Marawi here," he said.
As is known, at the end of 2017, thousands of ISIS militiamen fled to Afghanistan after getting an onslaught from the Russian-backed Syrian military.
The Minister of Defense said that the information he got came from the cooperation of six countries with the code Our Eyes. The six countries namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, the Philippines and Singapore.

Our Eyes adopted the United States intelligence strategy with other western nations that involved defense and military cooperation to deal with terrorism.
"The aim now is for the police and the army, that's an order from there (ISIS in Afghanistan). Now it's great that Our Eyes must provide information to me. This is the point," said the Defense Minister.
