Work Relaxed but Active and Productive Like on Google. This is the Ideal Work Culture of Many People - Working casually without any pressure from the Chairman is certainly the dream of everyone. But, Although Relax , Employees can still Work Actively and Very Productively . Wow, does that work? Relax but Active and Productive !!! Certainly can!!! 1. No Limit   between Boss and Subordinate !!!
Google implements no boundaries or distances between Bosses and Subordinates. If we look at the Google Headquarters in DKI Jakarta - Indonesia , we will recognize the existence of the TGIF (Thanks God Friday) event . At the event, Google Employees can Chat Directly with Google CEO , They are very free to discuss discussing Shining ideas. This means that the employer will be very OPEN with the ideas conveyed by the employee / subordinate.
